Give residents charging where they already park—without relying on shared chargers or creating another operational burden for your property. GoPower designs, installs and manages the entire system. 19.1k Sessions 290MWh Delivered 72 Locations 99.0% Uptime ## EV charging built around where residents actually park. ### Charging in their own space Residents charge where they already park. No searching for an available charger. No moving cars. Just park, plug in and come back to a charged vehicle. ### Billing without burden GoPower meters charging and bills residents directly, keeping EV charging administration off the property manager's workload. ### Managed end-to-end GoPower manages site design, engineering, installation, software, metering, billing, monitoring and resident support—all through one managed service. ### One partner. One agreement. Everything managed. GoPower takes responsibility for the entire EV charging program—from site design and installation to software, utility coordination, billing, monitoring, maintenance and resident support. One partner and one point of accountability. One relationship. One accountable partner. GoPower manages the EV charging lifecycle so property teams don't have to. ## From property assessment to resident charging, we handle it. Every property is different. We evaluate your parking, electrical infrastructure, charging demand and available incentives to build a solution that works today and scales with future EV adoption. ### Assess the Property We evaluate parking, existing electrical capacity, resident demand and available incentives to develop a scalable charging plan. ### Design & Install GoPower coordinates engineering, permitting, utility requirements and installation—managing the project from design through commissioning. ### We Manage the Energy Where available, GoPower establishes and manages a dedicated utility account for EV charging, separating charging energy from property operations. ### Residents Plug In Residents create an account, activate charging and plug in at their assigned space. GoPower handles metering, billing and ongoing support. ## Simple charging. Simple billing. One app. Residents can activate charging, see their rate, monitor charging activity and manage payment from one app. Once set up, charging becomes simple: park, plug in and go. ## One platform. Built for the multifamily ecosystem. GoPower brings property owners, managers, residents, contractors and energy providers together through one scalable charging platform. ### Property Managers Meet resident demand without adding to your workload. GoPower manages charging, billing, maintenance and resident support—so EV charging doesn't become another property-management responsibility. ### Asset Managers, Owners & REITs Build an EV-ready portfolio without overbuilding infrastructure. Turn charging into an amenity that lifts NOI across the portfolio. ### HOA & Condo Boards Personal charging without creating another HOA administrative burden. Give residents charging in their assigned spaces with individual usage and billing managed by GoPower. ### Electricians & Contractors More multifamily EV projects. Clearer scopes. Better coordination. GoPower develops the charging solution and project requirements. Qualified electrical partners execute the installation. ### Utilities (IOUs, CCAs, MOUs) Turn multifamily charging into flexible grid capacity. GoPower coordinates charging across hundreds of parked vehicles, creating controllable overnight load for managed-charging and demand-response programs. ### Residents Your parking space. Your charging. Charge where you already park—without searching for an available station or moving your car when charging is complete. ### Every car parked overnight is a grid resource. As EV adoption grows, unmanaged charging creates new electrical peaks. PowerShiftAI intelligently coordinates charging across the property—shifting demand away from peak periods while ensuring residents receive the energy they need. ## Your property may qualify for significant EV charging incentives. GoPower identifies available utility, state and local incentive programs and helps manage the funding process—from initial qualification through project completion. Depending on your property and location, available incentives can significantly reduce the cost of deploying EV charging infrastructure. ## Built to work in the real world. ### Personal EV charging at multifamily scale. More than 200 charging spaces provide residents access to charging where they already park—demonstrating how GoPower's infrastructure model scales beyond a handful of shared chargers. ## Bring personal charging to your property. Tell us about the property and we'll come back with a plan, a cost estimate and the incentives you qualify for. Orchestrating Energy. Powering the Future. --- Source: https://gopower.ai/solutions # Built for whoever owns the parking. The work underneath doesn't change, the problem we solve for you does. ## Property Managers GoPower manages charging, billing, maintenance and resident support—so EV charging doesn't become another property-management responsibility. ## Asset Managers, Owners & REITs Turn charging into an amenity that lifts NOI across the portfolio. ## HOA & Condo Boards Give residents charging in their assigned spaces with individual usage and billing managed by GoPower. ## Electricians & Contractors GoPower develops the charging solution and project requirements. Same service after. ### New construction Charging is spec'd into the build from day one, conduit, capacity and ports planned with your GC and architect. ### Retrofit Personal charging added to existing parking with minimal disruption, phased, permitted and inspected, with no resident downtime. ### The service underneath is the same. ## Bring personal charging to your property. Tell us about the property and we'll come back with a plan, a cost estimate and the incentives you qualify for. Orchestrating Energy. Powering the Future. --- Source: https://gopower.ai/products # The full stack, from port to grid. Chargers, control and apps, deployed together. Not as components. ### EVReadiBase The die-cast aluminum base that distributes power to the PowerPort3, the make-ready groundwork that gets a property EV-ready. ### PowerPort3 The assigned charging port and metering point at each resident's space. ### PowerMax48 A 48A Level 2 charging station with local load management, OCPP connectivity and a stylish, durable case. ### PowerPort4 Bidirectional ready. Use your EV to power the grid and earn money doing it. ## The groundwork that makes a property EV-ready. A die-cast aluminum enclosure that distributes power to up to three PowerPort3 smart-outlets, accepting single-phase 208/240V to supply both Level 1 and Level 2 charging. ## One port, one resident, one meter. The PowerPort3 pairs a charging port with its own revenue-grade meter, so every kWh is attributed to the resident who used it. The property owns the hardware; GoPower keeps it running. ## Every port, metered and billed by app activation. Revenue-grade metering at each space attributes every kWh to the resident who used it. Each driver is billed from their own wallet, and the property stays off the invoice. ## Charging that behaves like a utility, not a gadget. Residents set up once and stop thinking about it. The wallet reloads itself, sessions start when the car plugs in, and every kWh shows up on a statement that's theirs alone. ## Service that makes the product effortless. Hardware and software only stay effortless if someone runs them. That's the service: GoPower monitors, maintains and supports every port for the life of the agreement. ## Local control that doesn't drop the ball. The Local Control and Uplink gateway runs GoPower charging on-premises, with redundant WAN and multi-day offline operation, so sessions keep going even when the cellular network doesn't. ## More chargers on the panel you already have. The ALMGateway is a safety-oriented Power Control System that continuously enforces electrical limits, so you can add EV-charging density without re-architecting the building's electrical. ## Faster charging, without a service upgrade. A 48A Level 2 charging station built for higher output at lower installed cost, with local load management that adjusts output even without a network connection. ## Bring personal charging to your property. Tell us about the property and we'll come back with a plan, a cost estimate and the incentives you qualify for. Orchestrating Energy. Powering the Future. --- Source: https://gopower.ai/how-it-works # One managed system, from parking space to grid. Hardware, software and service, sold as one thing. Here's what happens when a property signs on, and what changes after. ### One partner. One agreement. Everything managed. GoPower takes responsibility for the entire EV charging program—from site design and installation to software, utility coordination, billing, monitoring, maintenance and resident support. One partner and one point of accountability. One relationship. One accountable partner. GoPower manages the EV charging lifecycle so property teams don't have to. ## A PowerPort3 at every assigned space. The PowerPort3 is our charging and metering cabinet, mounted at the resident's own space. The property owns it; GoPower installs it through a licensed electrician network and keeps it running. ## The app does the billing, so the property doesn't. Residents activate their port, set a payment method once, and are billed automatically for exactly what they use. The property never touches a charging bill. ## If a port goes down, it's our problem. Monitoring, maintenance and resident support run through GoPower for the life of the agreement. Charging never lands on the property's work order list. ### A port at every space — not a queue for a few. Shared or public charging means circling the lot for an open plug. GoPower gives every assigned space its own port, so it's there when you get home. ## Billed to the driver, not the property. GoPower becomes the utility customer of record for charging. Energy comes in, each port is metered, and every resident is billed directly, the property is never on the invoice. ## Your part is three lines long. ### What you do ### What we run ## We find the funding. You get personal charging. GoPower works with eligible rebate programs to significantly reduce the upfront cost for property owners. The property adds the amenity without carrying the full cost alone. ### A lower bill to get started, not a bigger one to run. ## Bring personal charging to your property. Tell us about the property and we'll come back with a plan, a cost estimate and the incentives you qualify for. Orchestrating Energy. Powering the Future. --- Source: https://gopower.ai/why-gopower # The multifamily charging partner, not just a charger. Specialized, fully managed, and built to make personal EV charging effortless for owners and residents alike. ## Six reasons properties choose GoPower. ### Built for multifamily Limited power, tenant turnover, assigned spaces, we design for the constraints single-family chargers ignore. ### Fully managed Deployment, metering, billing, uptime and resident support sit with GoPower end to end. ### Lower upfront cost GoPower works with eligible rebate programs to significantly reduce the cost. The property adds an amenity without a full capital project. ### Personal charging Every resident gets their own assigned, individually billed port. No sharing, no scheduling apps. ### Grid-ready PowerShiftAI coordinates overnight charging into a dispatchable resource utilities can count on. ### An amenity that compounds Charging shows up in leasing tours and renewals, and as a new line in the operating statement. ## GoPower vs. a generic install. ## Charging belongs where cars sleep. Most EV charging was designed for single-family driveways or public fast-charging stops. Neither fits the way millions of people actually live, in apartments, condos and HOAs, parking in the same assigned space every night. GoPower builds personal charging into multifamily parking, runs it as a utility, and coordinates it so the grid gains a flexible resource instead of a new peak. Managing the flow, powering the future. ## In their words. ### Some of our projects Our largest Condominiums install to date. Personal ports at every assigned space across the community. The largest EV charging residential installation west of the Hudson River. Managed charging for an affordable-housing community. ## Bring personal charging to your property. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise determined by GoPowerEV. Prior to charging your card, an authorization process will validate the card number, status, available credit or funds, and billing information. Termination may result from your fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Account, including your failure to provide valid information. Powering the Future. --- Source: https://gopower.ai/mobile-charge-cord # Your mobile charge cord is probably all you need Resident guide · 3 min read Your EV almost certainly came with a mobile charge cord in the trunk. At a property with GoPower, that cord is the whole setup — plug it into the Level 1 receptacle on the PowerPort3 in your space and you are charging. ## Two outlets, one decision With GoPower's PowerPort3 you have the option to plug in for a Level 1 or a Level 2 charge. The difference is voltage, and what that means in practice is how much range you gain per hour parked. ### Level 1 A standard receptacle, the same kind you have at home. Your mobile charge cord plugs straight in. ### Level 2 Higher voltage, roughly double the range per hour. There when you need a faster turnaround. Every PowerPort3 has both. You choose which one you plug into. You may need a NEMA 6-20 adapter for your charging cord to use the 208V receptacle. ## Most drivers get plenty from Level 1 An overnight Level 1 charge covers the daily driving of the large majority of residents. Unless you have just come off a long trip, the slower outlet keeps up with you without you thinking about it — and charging slowly is the better choice in four separate ways. Charging at a slower speed is easier on the pack over the life of the car. It shares the available electricity with the other EVs at your property. Spread-out, low-power charging is the kind of load the grid can absorb. You pay less per session than you would pulling the higher rate. ## When to take the Level 2 Back-to-back long days, an early departure, a guest vehicle to top up — those are the nights to use the center receptacle. It is there for the exception, not the routine, and you can switch between the two whenever you like from the app. ## Don't have a cord? If your car did not come with one, or yours has gone missing, a replacement mobile charge cord is inexpensive and widely available. Ask us and we will point you to the right one for your vehicle — write to support@gopower.ai ## Bring personal charging to your property. We handle the survey, permits, install and commissioning. ### Residents self-serve They sign up, set a payment method, and are billed per kWh, never through your office. ### Charging leaves your desk Support calls, uptime and billing route to GoPower and stay there for the term. ## Questions property managers ask. Does the property pay for the hardware? GoPower works with eligible rebate programs to significantly reduce the upfront cost, and manages the hardware, install and support for the term. Final commercial terms are confirmed after the site assessment. Who handles resident billing? We do. Each resident is billed directly, per kWh, at posted rates. The building is never in the middle of a charging bill. Who is liable if something goes wrong with the charging equipment? GoPower operates the charging infrastructure, so equipment uptime sits with us, not the property. What happens if a port stops working? We monitor ports remotely and dispatch maintenance. Residents contact GoPower support directly, not your staff. Does our existing electrical capacity limit how many chargers we can install? Not usually. GoPower's Automated Load Management technology shares available capacity across more charging spaces than a standard install allows, which often means avoiding a costly electrical service upgrade. What happens if a resident doesn't pay their charging bill? Non-payment is handled between GoPower and the resident, the same way GoPower manages metering and billing generally. It doesn't become a property collections issue. Does installation disrupt residents or property operations? Site work is scheduled around your property's operations and communicated to residents in advance. Most installs don't require taking parking spaces fully offline for extended periods. What happens when a resident moves out? The charging space and account transfer to the next resident, or the space reverts to standard parking. GoPower handles the account changeover. How is this different from hiring an electrical contractor to install chargers ourselves? A contractor installs hardware and hands you the maintenance, billing, monitoring and resident support that come with it. GoPower manages the entire lifecycle under one agreement, so none of that lands on your team. Are there incentives or rebates available, and who manages that? Most California properties qualify for some combination of utility, state or local EV charging incentives. GoPower identifies what you're eligible for and manages the application process as part of the project. Does this help satisfy California's EV-readiness requirements (CALGreen, AB 2097)? Yes. GoPower's assessment accounts for your property's applicable EV-capable and EV-ready parking requirements as part of the design, so the installed system is built to meet them. How long does deployment take? It depends on the site and electrical scope. We confirm a timeline after the site assessment. What's the term of the agreement, and is it exclusive? Terms are confirmed after the site assessment based on the property's scope and any incentive program requirements. Ask your GoPower contact for current standard terms. ## Bring personal charging to your property. Can you deploy across a whole portfolio at once? Yes. We standardize the spec and resident experience across sites and phase the rollout to match your priorities and each building's electrical scope. How does this affect NOI? Charging becomes a new revenue line and a leasing amenity, with eligible rebate programs significantly reducing the capital outlay. Property-level modeling, including any capital contribution, is prepared during the portfolio assessment. Who owns the hardware? Properties take ownership of hardware. The contract with GoPower includes operations and ongoing maintenance. What reporting do owners get? Centralized usage and revenue reporting across every property, with per-site detail. ## Bring personal charging to your property. GoPower runs it end to end. ### A long-term plan One board approval replaces a queue of one-off charger requests. ## What actually changes, in three moves. ### Bring it to the board We provide board-ready materials so the decision is a single, clean approval. ### Owners opt in individually Each owner gets their own port and their own bill, nothing shared, nothing pooled. ### We run it Billing, uptime and support are ours, the association keeps zero operational burden. ## Questions HOA and condo boards ask. Can our HOA legally deny a resident's request to install EV charging? No, not outright. California Civil Code Section 4745 prohibits HOAs from unreasonably restricting a homeowner's right to install EV charging in their designated parking space. Boards can set reasonable requirements around installation and cost, but a blanket denial isn't legally defensible. Does the association pay for the charging infrastructure? GoPower works with eligible rebate programs to significantly reduce the upfront cost, and manages the hardware, install and support for the term. Final commercial terms are confirmed after the site assessment. Is the board or association liable if something goes wrong? GoPower operates the charging equipment, so equipment uptime sits with GoPower, not the association. This is different from a resident installing their own charger independently, where the association can be pulled into liability questions. On insurance, we can share how it's typically been handled at communities we've served, though your association should confirm requirements with its own carrier. Is this fair to residents who don't have an EV? Yes. Charging usage is metered per kWh and billed only to the residents who charge, through their own accounts. Any upfront cost the association takes on is confirmed after the site assessment, so the board can weigh it before approving. Do we need to amend our CC&Rs or governing documents? Usually not for a GoPower-managed system, since GoPower operates under a service agreement with the association rather than requiring individual owner-installed equipment. Site-specific legal review is still worth doing, and GoPower can support that conversation. How does the board get this approved? Typically a board vote on the service agreement after a site assessment, which also confirms any capital contribution from the association. Your governing documents determine whether that contribution needs membership approval. GoPower handles the survey, permitting, and installation from there. What if only a few residents want charging right now? Systems can be scoped to current demand and designed to scale as more residents request charging, rather than requiring the association to build out full capacity upfront. Who handles resident support and billing? GoPower does, end to end. Residents sign up, get billed directly per kWh, and contact GoPower support for any charging issues. It doesn't route through board members or property management. Does this affect our master electrical service or common-area accounts? Where available, GoPower establishes a separate dedicated utility account for EV charging, keeping it distinct from the association's existing electrical accounts. Does adding EV charging affect resale value or buyer interest? Buildings with EV charging access are increasingly competitive for buyers and renters who drive or plan to drive electric, and California's EV adoption trend makes this more relevant each year. GoPower doesn't provide formal valuation guidance, but charging access is commonly cited as a desirable amenity in multifamily and condo listings. Is this designed for owner-occupied buildings? Yes, the model is built for communities where owners park and charge at their own space. It works equally well for any units in the building that are rentals. How long does the process take from approval to residents charging? It depends on the site's electrical scope and permitting timeline. We confirm a schedule after the site assessment. ## Bring personal charging to your property. How is charging turned into dispatchable load? Overnight charging across many residents is coordinated by PowerShiftAI, which shifts sessions away from peak and responds to grid conditions, so a fleet of cars behaves like one flexible asset. Do you run pilots? Yes. We scope structured pilots with defined territory, participating sites and success metrics before scaling. What reporting do you provide? Program-grade reporting built for utility compliance and standards. How does this affect residents? Residents still get a full overnight charge; PowerShiftAI schedules within their needs while serving the grid. ## Bring personal charging to your property.
