Is the port really just mine?
Yes. Your port is assigned to your space, it's not shared and not first-come. It's available whenever you're home.
How am I billed?
Per kWh at the posted rate, from a wallet you top up. You can turn on auto-reload and see every session in the app. Some properties also apply a system access fee.
What if I have a problem?
Contact GoPower resident support directly, we handle activation, billing questions and any issues with the port.
How fast does it charge?
The 120V receptacle adds about 6.7 miles of range an hour and the 240V receptacle about 11.7, so an overnight park covers far more than most daily driving.
Do I need a specific car?
GoPower's PowerPort works with any EV using your vehicle's charging cable.
