What you get

With GoPower at your property we not only bring charging but peace of mind through:

Personal charging

Each owner charges at their own deeded or assigned space, with no shared asset to manage.

Individual usage and billing

Every port is metered and billed to its owner directly by GoPower.

Scalable community infrastructure

A backbone sized for the whole community, activated space by space as demand grows.

Reduced administrative burden

No volunteer hours and no reimbursement spreadsheets. GoPower runs it end to end.

A long-term plan

One board approval replaces a queue of one-off charger requests.

How it works for you

What actually changes, in three moves.

01

Bring it to the board

We provide board-ready materials so the decision is a single, clean approval.

02

Owners opt in individually

Each owner gets their own port and their own bill, nothing shared, nothing pooled.

03

We run it

Billing, uptime and support are ours, the association keeps zero operational burden.

FAQ

Questions HOA and condo boards ask.

Does the association take on any liability?

No shared charging asset and no pooled billing. Each owner has a personal, individually billed port, so there's nothing for the association to operate or reimburse. On insurance, we can share how it's typically been handled at communities we've served, though your association should confirm requirements with its own carrier.

What does the board actually have to approve?

A single plan. We provide board-ready materials covering scope, placement and the resident experience so the vote is straightforward.

Who pays for each owner's charging?

Each owner is billed directly for system access and their own usage, per kWh. The association is never in the middle.

Is this designed for owner-occupied buildings?

Yes, the model is built for communities where owners park and charge at their own space. It works equally well for any units in the building that are rentals.
