What you get

With GoPower at your property we not only bring charging but peace of mind through:

Direct resident billing

Residents manage their own charging accounts and payments.

Resident support

Charging questions and support requests go to GoPower.

System monitoring

GoPower monitors charging infrastructure and coordinates service.

Simple administration

Property teams maintain visibility without becoming charging-system operators.

How it works for you

What actually changes, in three moves.

01

One approval, not a project

You approve a plan once. We handle the survey, permits, install and commissioning.

02

Residents self-serve

They sign up, set a payment method, and are billed per kWh, never through your office.

03

Charging leaves your desk

Support calls, uptime and billing route to GoPower and stay there for the term.

FAQ

Questions property managers ask.

Does the property pay for the hardware?

GoPower works with eligible rebate programs to significantly reduce the upfront cost, and manages the hardware, install and support for the term. Final commercial terms are confirmed after the site assessment.

Who handles resident billing?

We do. Each resident is billed directly, per kWh, at posted rates. The building is never in the middle of a charging bill.

What happens if a port stops working?

We monitor ports remotely and dispatch maintenance. Residents contact GoPower support directly, not your staff.

How long does deployment take?

It depends on the site and electrical scope. We confirm a timeline after the site assessment.
